Who are Marmalade Meringue?
Marmalade Meringue is a beautiful independent gift shop set in the pretty market town of Hinckley, Leicestershire. Trudy, Roger, Kent and Tilley (Mum, Dad, Son and Daughter!) opened Marmalade Meringue in 2011 and have since won multiple amazing awards!
How does click and collect work?
Our opening times for collection are: Mon-Sat 9am-5pm.
Please quote name and order number when collecting and if you'd like your order complimentary gift wrapped just let us know! We will send notification when your order is ready to collect at our store in Hinckley. You can pay with card at checkout or via PayPal.
I can't find what I'm looking for.
If you've seen something that's taken your fancy in store or on our social media pages then please get in touch and we can advise you accordingly.
I do not like an item I have purchased, can I return it?
We really hope you love your purchases from Marmalade Meringue. However, if you do need to return an item for whatever reason, it can be returned to us, in the condition in which it was purchased. Please see our full Returns Policy here.
How long will my parcel take to arrive?
So you've placed your order, but when will it arrive? We'll get your order picked and packed as soon as possible and send it on its way! We use a standard delivery service, so you can expect to receive your beautiful gifts within 3-5 business days.
