Click & Collect

We are so excited to be offering a click and collect service to all of our lovely customers, you can buy through our website, give us a call (01455 637470), email us hello@marmalademeringue.co.uk, or drop us a message on social media, we'll be your personal shoppers and can even complimentary gift wrap too!

Our opening times for click and collect are:

 

Mon-Sat 9am-5pm

We will hold your items for a maximum of 14 days after which we will cancel your order and return goods to stock, unless you have arrange with us otherwise.

Returns:

If you change your mind about a product it can be returned to us, in the condition in which it was purchased and with the till receipt, within 14 days. All items returned in store will be offered either an exchange, a credit note or gift voucher to the sum of the returned item. For faulty products please either return to us in store, or contact our customer services team and they will advise you. Where available we will exchange the faulty item like for like or offer a full refund.

Shipping

 

We can't wait to get your parcels in the post! We use a Royal Mail Tracked 24 service so you can expect your goods to arrive within 2-3 working days. We offer shipping to anywhere in the UK (including Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man and BFPO addresses).

Returns:

If you change your mind about a product it can be returned to us, in the condition in which it was purchased within the "cooling off period" of 14 days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.  All returns within this period will receive a full refund (excluding costs for return postage). When returning goods please include your name, order reference and list of items to be returned.
